WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
At Jet Ski Rentals Miami Beach, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your rental, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the rental start time are non-refundable.
HOW SOON CAN I BOOK IN ADVANCE?
You can book your jet ski rental with us as far in advance as you'd like, subject to availability. We recommend booking at least a few days ahead to secure your preferred time slot, especially during peak seasons.
DO YOU OFFER DELIVERY TO HOTELS?
Yes, we offer delivery to select hotels in the Miami Beach area for your convenience. Simply provide us with the hotel details, and we'll make sure your jet ski rental is delivered to the specified location at the agreed-upon time.
WHAT ARE THE ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS?
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For added convenience, we also accept cash payments at our rental location.
