If unsafe weather affects our specific operational area, we will call or text you to offer a 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐞 𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐟𝐮𝐥𝐥 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝 (if you are leaving town). Please note that weather cancellations are based solely on the conditions at 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐢 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧. If it is raining at your hotel or elsewhere in the city, it does not automatically guarantee a cancellation for your ride.
