𝐀𝐥𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 • All departures leave exactly at the scheduled time. 𝐋𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐫𝐢𝐯𝐚𝐥𝐬 𝐨𝐫 𝐧𝐨-𝐬𝐡𝐨𝐰𝐬 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐞𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐚 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝. • To reschedule or cancel your booking, you must call us at least 𝟒𝟖 𝐡𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐬 prior to your scheduled departure. • If you do not provide the required 48 hours’ notice, your reservation deposit will be 𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐟𝐞𝐢𝐭𝐞𝐝 (𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬), and you will not be permitted to reschedule for another date. • Any concerns or complaints must be reported to our staff 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲, 𝐢𝐧 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐥-𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐞, while you are on-site. We are unable to address or accommodate complaints after your experience has been completed.

 

𝐘𝐚𝐜𝐡𝐭 𝐑𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐬 • 𝐍𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬 are offered under any circumstances for yacht reservations.

 

𝐒𝐚𝐦𝐞-𝐃𝐚𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐯𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 • 𝐅𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐒𝐚𝐥𝐞: By booking a same-day reservation, or by booking outside the standard 48-hour policy stated above, the client fully acknowledges that there are 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐧𝐨 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 permitted.

 

𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 • If unsafe weather conditions affect your scheduled experience 𝐛𝐞𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐫𝐢𝐝𝐞 𝐛𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐬, our staff will notify all affected customers via call, text, or email to offer the option to reschedule. • Full refunds are available 𝐨𝐧𝐥𝐲 if you are leaving town and are completely unable to reschedule to another date before your ride initiates. • In the event of brief passing showers, we may pause operations for approximately 𝟏𝟓 𝐦𝐢𝐧𝐮𝐭𝐞𝐬 and proceed normally once the rain clears. • Weather-related decisions are based strictly on the current conditions in 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐥𝐨𝐜𝐚𝐥 𝐌𝐢𝐚𝐦𝐢 𝐚𝐫𝐞𝐚. Rain occurring in other parts of the city, or overcast/cloudy skies alone, 𝐝𝐨 𝐧𝐨𝐭 justify a cancellation or refund. • Once the ride has started, it will continue regardless of shifting weather conditions. Clients acknowledge that we are 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐫

𝐰𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐞𝐬 that occur after departure. Therefore, 𝐧𝐨 𝐫𝐞𝐟𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐬, 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬, 𝐨𝐫 𝐫𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 will be provided due to weather that develops mid-ride.
