𝗕𝗢𝗢𝗞𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗣𝗢𝗟𝗜𝗖𝗬

Please review this policy before booking an activity with Jet Ski Rentals Miami Beach. By completing a reservation, the customer agrees to the following terms.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗔𝗬𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

A reservation is confirmed only after the required payment or deposit has been received and a booking confirmation has been issued.

Online prices may not include applicable taxes, booking fees, marina fees, or other disclosed charges.

Any remaining balance must be paid before the activity begins. Customers are responsible for reviewing the service, date, time, number of participants, and contact information before confirming the reservation.

𝗔𝗥𝗥𝗜𝗩𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗖𝗞-𝗜𝗡

Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled activity for check-in, identification verification, safety instructions, and transportation to the operating area.

Late arrival may reduce your activity time.

Customers who arrive too late to participate or miss the scheduled departure will be considered no-shows and will not receive a refund.

𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗘𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗦

Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled activity are eligible for a full refund.

The 48-hour period is measured from the scheduled starting time of the activity.

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled activity are nonrefundable.

Same-day cancellations and no-shows are nonrefundable.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.

𝗦𝗔𝗠𝗘-𝗗𝗔𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗘𝗥𝗩𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

All reservations made on the same day as the scheduled activity are final and nonrefundable once the booking is confirmed.

This policy applies even if the customer changes plans, arrives late, or decides not to participate.

If Jet Ski Rentals Miami Beach cancels a same-day reservation because of unsafe weather, equipment problems, marina restrictions, or another operational issue, the customer will be offered rescheduling or a full refund.

𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗖𝗛𝗘𝗗𝗨𝗟𝗜𝗡𝗚

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule.

All rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be approved by management.

Submitting a rescheduling request does not guarantee that another date or time will be available. Requests made less than 48 hours before the activity do not create eligibility for a refund.

𝗪𝗘𝗔𝗧𝗛𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗖𝗢𝗠𝗣𝗔𝗡𝗬 𝗖𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡𝗦

Activities may be delayed, rescheduled, or canceled because of high winds, lightning, unsafe water conditions, severe weather, equipment problems, marina restrictions, or other safety concerns.

Only Jet Ski Rentals Miami Beach, marina management, or the assigned captain may determine whether an activity must be canceled for safety reasons.

Please do not assume that your reservation is canceled because it is raining in another part of Miami.

If we cancel an activity and the customer cannot accept an available rescheduling option, the customer will receive a full refund.

If the activity remains open and operational but the customer decides not to participate, the standard cancellation policy will apply.

𝗔𝗚𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗜𝗗𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗙𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

The person making and signing for the reservation must be at least 18 years old and must present a valid government-issued photo ID.

As company policy, every jet-ski operator must be at least 18 years old.

The name on the identification must match the name provided with the reservation or rental agreement.

𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗔 𝗕𝗢𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

All jet-ski operators must meet Florida boating-safety requirements.

Anyone born on or after January 1, 1988, must present a valid photo ID and an approved boating-safety card, temporary certificate, or other legally accepted documentation unless exempt under Florida law.

A Florida temporary boating certificate is valid for 90 days.

Customers are responsible for obtaining the required boating documentation before operating a jet ski.

𝗝𝗘𝗧-𝗦𝗞𝗜 𝗣𝗔𝗦𝗦𝗘𝗡𝗚𝗘𝗥𝗦

A maximum of two people may ride each jet ski, subject to the equipment’s passenger capacity, combined-weight limit, and safety requirements.

Staff may require passengers to be reassigned or may limit a jet ski to one rider when necessary for safe operation.

All operators and passengers must wear the provided life jackets and follow the instructions of the captain, tour guide, and staff.

𝗧𝗢𝗨𝗥 𝗚𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗘 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗥𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗔𝗥𝗘𝗔

Jet-ski customers must remain with the assigned tour guide and stay inside the authorized riding area.

Customers may not leave the group, enter restricted areas, approach prohibited locations, or operate the equipment in an unsafe manner.

Failure to follow these instructions may result in the activity being stopped without a refund.

𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗥𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗥𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

Life jackets and required safety equipment are provided.

All customers must:

• Attend the required safety instructions.

• Follow all directions provided by the captain, tour guide, and staff.

• Operate equipment responsibly.

• Remain within the authorized activity area.

• Use all required safety equipment.

• Avoid reckless behavior, racing, dangerous maneuvers, or intentional collisions.

No person may operate equipment while under the influence of alcohol, cannabis, illegal drugs, or any substance that affects safe operation.

Participation may be refused or stopped if a customer appears impaired, behaves dangerously, or refuses to follow safety instructions. No refund will be issued under these circumstances.

𝗛𝗘𝗔𝗟𝗧𝗛 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗣𝗛𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗖𝗔𝗟 𝗖𝗢𝗡𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗜𝗢𝗡

Customers are responsible for determining whether they are physically able to participate safely.

Before participating, customers should inform staff of any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, mobility limitation, or other concern that may affect their safety.

Staff may refuse participation when reasonably necessary to protect the customer, other participants, or employees.

𝗘𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗣𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧 𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗔𝗚𝗘

The person signing the rental agreement is responsible for damage caused by misuse, negligence, reckless operation, intentional conduct, or failure to follow staff instructions.

Any required security deposit, inspection procedure, and potential damage charges will be explained before the activity begins.

The equipment must be returned in the same general condition in which it was received, excluding normal wear.

𝗣𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗢𝗡𝗔𝗟 𝗕𝗘𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚𝗜𝗡𝗚𝗦

Customers are responsible for their phones, cameras, jewelry, bags, wallets, keys, and other personal belongings.

Jet Ski Rentals Miami Beach is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, dropped in the water, damaged, or left behind.

𝗥𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟 𝗔𝗡𝗗 𝗦𝗔𝗙𝗘𝗧𝗬 𝗗𝗢𝗖𝗨𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗦

All required participants must complete and sign the applicable rental agreement, safety acknowledgment, and liability documents before participating.

A customer who refuses to complete the required documents will not be permitted to participate and may not qualify for a refund.

𝗖𝗨𝗦𝗧𝗢𝗠𝗘𝗥 𝗔𝗚𝗥𝗘𝗘𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧

By completing a reservation, the customer confirms that the information provided is accurate and that all participants have reviewed and accepted this Booking Policy.

The person making the reservation is responsible for sharing these policies with every participant included in the booking.
